2024: Paving Your Postdoc Career
You are warmly invited to the International Researcher Night 2024! Join us on 13 November from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Hamburg Research Academy to gain valuable insights into different professional journeys and explore potential opportunities for your own career. This event is specifically tailored for postdocs in all stages of their careers who want to broaden their perspective and find inspiration for their academic careers.
The evening will begin with a talk on "How to Set Yourself up for Lucky Coincidences in Your Career" by Anne Schreiter from the German Scholars Organization. Following this, you'll have the opportunity to join parallel Fireside Chats, where you can learn about the careers and personal journeys of our guests who have made successful careers in academia through informal conversations and explore various career paths. The event will conclude with snacks and socializing, providing a chance to forge new connections and strengthen existing networks.
