Science thrives on connection! The HRA links doctoral researchers and postdocs from Hamburg’s universities and non-university institutions. We promote peer mentoring, interdisciplinary exchange, and strong cross-institutional networks.

What We Do

We offer hands-on qualification programs, one-to-one and small group coaching, and strong networks to support doctoral researchers and postdocs. A key focus is early information and guidance on academic and non-academic career paths. Our tailored services help shape informed individual career decisions.

Our Network

The HRA is open to doctoral researchers, postdocs, W1 professors, and academic supervisors enrolled or employed at one of our member or associated institutions.
