Moving from your doctorate to the non-university job market – how do you successfully take this next career step? On 10 October, the Hamburg Research Academy invites you to a career day especially for doctoral researchers and postdocs. Gain personal insights into the career paths of doctoral graduates from various professional fields, make contacts with potential employers and prepare your next career move.

The "Karrieresprung" will take place on 10 October 2024 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Design Offices Hammerbrook.

Keynote: Dr. Ijad Madisch

Stephanie Busch has already studied the growth of start-ups in her diploma and doctoral theses. At XING, she started as employee no. 5 as Executive Assistant, and eventually became Head of HR, experiencing the IPO firsthand. Since then, she has helped numerous start-ups grow.
