"I am a doctoral candidate in the Institute of Soil Science at the University of Hamburg (UHH) and am researching methods for soil improvement in northern Namibia. I organize the regulars‘ table of the doctorals’ council."

"I am a theologian and have started my PhD at the Department of Protestant Theology at the University of Hamburg in spring 2023. As a New Testament scholar, my dissertation examines the linguistic design and hermeneutics of prayer texts in the context of the Lord's Passion."

Charlotte Dumitrascu

"I am a speech and language therapist and am pursuing a doctorate at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). In my dissertation, I am investigating the physiological swallowing development of infants and small children."

"I am doing my doctorate at the University of Hamburg (UHH) and work in the field of paleoecology and micropaleontology. My research is currently focused on the response of ostracods (a type of crustacean) to the greatest mass extinction in the history of the Earth. I am committed to equality, diversity and inclusion."

"I am doing a doctorate in the Faculty of Education at Universität Hamburg. I’m interested in whether there is a connection between experiential diversity and individual self-regulation. I think the exchange of information and ideas between doctoral researchers is particularly important. We can all benefit from our experiences and knowledge."

"I am pursuing a joint PhD at the University of Hamburg and Macquarie University Sydney in a disciplinary interface between educational science and sociolinguistics. Taking linguistic diversity into account, my project examines the significance of child language brokering in parent-school communication from an international comparative perspective."
