Group counseling for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers

Planning your career – what's next? This one-hour event supports you in clarifying individual career questions in a small group. Dr. Imke Franzmeier, systemic coach with many years of experience in supporting early career researchers will provide advice and guide you through the session. Additionally, you can share your topics peer-to-peer. A maximum of four doctoral candidates and/or postdocs take part in each session.

This is the opportunity to get ideas for future career planning, ask questions, and take the chance to change perspective and discover previously unnoticed paths.

• How can I enhance my profile?
• What skills do I need to develop further?
• How do my personal values fit in with my professional goals?
