Your Postdoc Community in Hamburg Starts Here

The HRA Postdoc Network serves as a platform created to empower postdoctoral researchers in the city of Hamburg. Our mission is to encourage postdocs to not only develop their professional skills, but also build meaningful connections, and voice their needs.

We have regular meetings to welcome new members, discuss the latest events, and plan new events using our dedicated HRA Postdoc Network yearly budget. Whether you want to organize events, propose new ideas, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, we are here to support you.

Election: Postdoc Network Spokespersons

We are electing the next HRA Postdoc Network spokespersons for the duration of one semester, starting April 1st 2026 until September 30 2026.
This is a great opportunity for postdocs within our network to actively shape the future of the HRA Postdoc Network and develop valuable leadership skills.
We warmly invite self-nominations.

If you are interested, please send a short mission statement via email to office"AT"hra-hamburg.de by March 9th at 5:00 PM.
The elections will take place on March 11th at 4:30 PM via Zoom during our Postdoc Network meeting.

The online series Postdoc Talks provides a platform to explore these topics. Several times each semester, the series features a conversation on a relevant subject with an engaging guest from the research community. What makes it special: the series is organized by postdocs, for postdocs.
