Online meeting on 22 October at 6:15 pm
Following the HRA Promovierendentag 2020 (doctoral day), a digital meeting of the Doctoral Council will take place on 22 October at 6:15 pm. There is an opportunity to get to know the previous speakers and to ask questions about their work. Whether you are only interested in the work of the committee or even want to be elected as a speaker yourself – you are invited to join the meeting!
Participation is also possible without taking part in the doctoral day.

PIASTA organizes a wide range of activities to foster the exchange between German and international students at Universität Hamburg (UHH). Some of the offers are also open for doctoral researchers from all HRA member institutions.
The Buddy program for doctoral researchers of MIN Faculty at Universität Hamburg (UHH) aims to help prospectice or newly enrolled international doctoral researchers to get a good start with their doctorate and everyday life in Hamburg. Each doctoral researcher from abroad (Incoming Buddy) will be matched up with a current Hamburg doctoral researcher (Welcome Buddy) who can make the international doctoral researcher’s arrival in Hamburg easier.
