Career Day "Karrieresprung" on 10 October (German/English): Gain personal insights into the career paths of doctoral graduates from various professional fields, make contacts with potential employers and prepare your next career move.
International Researcher Night on 13 November (English): Under the motto "Paving Your Postdoc Career", we warmly invite postdocs and junior research group leaders to the International Researcher Night!
Decision-Making for Early Career Researchers on 6 November (English): In this talk, Vicent Botella-Soler will review the most common issues affecting our decision-making process as academics and provide some useful tools and strategies to reduce their impact.
Betreuung von Promovierenden (German): The 5-part series will provide you with valuable impulses for developing your supervision skills, reflecting on your leadership style and sharing best practices and new approaches in doctoral supervision. Sessions focus on specific topics and can be booked individually.
Me and My Supervisor on 25 November: In this workshop, doctoral researchers can learn valuable strategies for creating a productive supervisory relationship, navigating hierarchies and communicating effectively.
E-Learning: As part of the Research Communication project, we offer two e-learning programs focusing on SciCom Basics (available in English) and Writing for SciCom. Both programs are flexible in scheduling.
